Account Registration & Responsibilities

Users must register an account with a valid email address and secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches.

License Activation, Expiration & Quota Limits

Access to the receipt generator requires activation of a valid, server-issued License Key. Each license key is subject to the following terms:

• User & Domain Binding: Activated licenses are tied to the activating user account and authorized domain environment.
• Generation Quotas: Each license enforces a maximum receipt generation quota (e.g. 100, 700, or 1,500 generations). Quotas are decremented atomically on the server upon successful generation.
• Expiration: License keys expire automatically on the assigned date. Expired or exhausted keys cannot be used to generate receipts.

Permitted & Prohibited Uses

Permitted Uses: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generator for authorized software testing, POS UI rendering, developer demonstrations, and educational research.

Prohibited Uses: You are strictly prohibited from copying, reverse engineering, redistributing, or bypassing the server-side license verification system. Using generated receipts for illegal activities, fraudulent financial claims, or commercial resale of generated documents is strictly prohibited.

Data Handling & Privacy Policy

We record audit logs of receipt generation activity, including user ID, license key, IP address, user agent, domain, and timestamp to monitor system security and prevent abuse. Personal data is encrypted and handled in accordance with industry security standards.

Account Suspension & License Revocation

We reserve the right to suspend user accounts and revoke license keys immediately without refund if suspicious activity, quota tampering, unauthorized domain redistribution, or violations of these Terms and Conditions are detected.
